Network failure:
On the afternoon of May 27th, 20 15, some users reported that their Alipay had a network failure, and the account could not be logged in or paid. Alipay official said that the failure was due to the optical fiber being cut off in a certain place in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, which made some users unable to use Alipay. Then Alipay engineers urgently switched the user's request to other computer rooms, and the affected users gradually recovered. By 7: 20 pm, Alipay announced that user service had returned to normal.
