1. The developer will inform the owner to collect it within the specified time, usually after three months' occupancy.

2. Bring the purchase contract, ID card, tax bill and other materials to the financial department of the developer to issue an invoice for maintenance funds.

3. If the buyer loses the maintenance fund invoice, it needs to be published in the newspaper, and the maintenance fund invoice will be reissued after the tax and the unit approve it.
