Therefore, through nearly half a year's investigation, brewing and preparation, Hui Jun Project adopts the form of socialized support for the army, aiming at the life characteristics of military families, from demand analysis to scheme formulation.

The card integrates special medical and health services such as hotline, annual physical examination, expert registration, rapid hospitalization, direct reporting in advance and high security, which effectively solves the life problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" for officers and soldiers' families and relieves their worries.
