The Shanghai International Shipping Service Center project is located in the North Bund area of ??Hongkou District, Shanghai, across the river from the Lujiazui area of ??Pudong. To this end, this project focuses on the needs of shipping transactions and commerce, strengthens the business and supporting functions of shipping services, uses the yacht harbor to reflect the shipping characteristics, forms a classic building group along the river consistent with the shipping theme, and realizes a modern office featuring a shipping center and commercial areas. The functional positioning of this area includes all facilities including offices, commerce, conferences, hotels and apartment hotels, and yacht harbors. The entire project consists of three plots in the east, west and middle.

The Shanghai International Shipping Service Center is located at No. 18 Yangshupu Road, with a total construction area of ??48,000 square meters. The new building highlights the deepening of port information functions and the optimization of the port service environment, integrating inspection and quarantine, customs, maritime, and border services. Inspection and other port functional departments as well as shipping-related enterprise units such as ports, shipping, freight forwarding, finance and insurance, legal consulting, etc., further highlight the convenience and comprehensiveness of the one-stop service at the export port.

The Shanghai International Shipping Service Center has a 780-meter Huangpu River coastline and a total construction area of ??approximately 550,000 square meters. It is jointly invested by Shanghai International Port Group and China Sinochem Group Corporation, with each party holding a half share. , is expected to be completed in 2012.
