On February 26, 2022, the Guangdong Provincial Health and Wellness Committee informed that the new version of the pre-screening and triage health declaration card and electronic escort card system will be fully launched in Guangdong from February 26, 2022, so as to strengthen the management of patients and their accompanying personnel in medical institutions in the province, standardize the inquiry of epidemiological history, facilitate the people to seek medical treatment, improve the ability of "early detection" and reduce the burden of manual verification of medical personnel.
