One day in the second half of 2008, in order to thank Ren Hongbin for his leniency in handling the factory's trademark infringement, the owner of Daxi Fujiale Shoe Factory in Wenling City transferred 20,000 yuan to Ren Hongbin's office in Daxi Industrial and Commercial Office. There were six business owners in a group who gave money to Ren Hongbin in order to obtain lighter treatment for trademark infringement, with a total amount of 116,000 yuan, and Ren Hongbin accepted all of them.

One day in the second half of 2010, Zhu, the legal representative of Zhejiang Yaoda Import and Export Co., Ltd., in order to thank Ren Hongbin for his leniency in handling the company's evasion of capital contribution, through someone else working at the Chengdong Industrial and Commercial Office. He gave 50,000 yuan in cash to Ren's office and accepted it.

In addition, Ren Hongbin accepted the money given five times when he was asked to take care of the companies in his jurisdiction due to excessive operations, unfair competition, irregular sales of parts and other activities.
