3) The examination of trademark office is the only way for examiners to make subjective judgments according to Trademark Law and Trademark Examination Standards, which is greatly influenced by the comprehensive quality of trademark examiners. However, when the trademark is rejected for review, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board conducts the review in groups of three or more people, so it is relatively less affected by personal subjective judgment.
