Inquiries before applying for trademark registration are based on the principle that the searcher is voluntary, the service agency provides services for a fee, and the search results are for reference only.

There are three types of queries:

1. Online trademark query system (this system is a trademark query system open to the public by the State Trademark Office) Free

2. Internal trademark inquiry system inquiry (zero window) free

3. Official inquiry (this inquiry is to submit a trademark inquiry to the Trademark Office and entrust an enquirer from the Trademark Office to conduct the inquiry)

Remarks: The China Trademark Network query system can only query trademark files disclosed by the Trademark Office. The Trademark Office has not disclosed the trademarks applied for in the last 6 months. Therefore, the company's internal trademark query system and the China Trademark Network query system cannot query. If the applicant needs to query The trademark files applied for at this stage need to be reported to the Trademark Office for inquiry, and the Trademark Office will charge the above corresponding trademark inquiry fees.
