I often cook by myself. It's simple, but it's delicious!
I don't have that much seasoning at home, so I cut the washed beef into big pieces, not too big, or it won't rot easily, and then put it in a pot and blanch it with cold water and blood. Remember to put some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, put the boiled beef in the pressure cooker, and then put it in, aniseed, pepper, dried pepper, garlic cloves, onion, ginger, salt and thirteen spices.
