Fuling pickled mustard is a specialty of Chongqing and a Chinese geographical indication certification trademark. Fuling pickled mustard is a fresh and crispy flavored product made from green cabbage heads grown in the special soil and climatic conditions of Fuling District, Chongqing through a unique processing technology. Its traditional production techniques were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists.
