(2) After the trademark application, many enterprises have used and publicized the trademark to a certain extent. If they don't refuse the review, the investment they have made will be in vain. (3) The earliest application time can be reserved for trademark rejection review, and the applied trademark can be registered after the obstacle trademark is removed through subsequent revocation or invalidation procedures. (4) As long as they are not exactly the same, they are only similar trademarks, and the probability of obtaining trademark rights through re-examination is still relatively high. Trademarks such as "Six Walnuts" and "WeChat" were registered by rejecting the review.
