On November 1, 2002, 18 million A shares of Hangzhou Xinyada System Engineering Co., Ltd. were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, announcing a breakthrough for Zhejiang software companies to be listed on the domestic main board.

Xinyada is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan, a key enterprise of the National Torch Plan Software Industry Base Hangzhou High-tech Software Park, one of the top 100 enterprises in China's software industry, and one of the first batch of recognized software enterprises in Jiang Province. In 2016, it was rated as one of the top ten software companies in Zhejiang Province by the Information Industry Department of Zhejiang Province. It was rated as the only "famous trademark" selected by the software industry in Zhejiang Province. The company's financial bill automatic processing system was listed as a national 863 plan project. In 2002, with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial Planning Commission, Yada established six electronic document imaging information processing platform technology engineering research centers in Zhejiang Province, electronic document imaging systems, and customer service centers. The project is listed as a National Torch Plan project. Among them, the payment password system and the optical disk microfilm system are listed as national key new products.

In August 2003, Xinyada successfully passed the CMM3 review and became the first software company in Zhejiang Province to pass this certification, giving Paradise Silicon Valley Software a pass to participate in international competition.
