Hello, Article 8 of my country’s Trademark Law stipulates the following words and graphics that are prohibited from being used as trademarks: ① The same country name, national flag, national emblem, military flag, and medals as the People’s Republic of China The same or similar words and graphics; ② The same or similar words and graphics as the name, national flag, national emblem, and military flag of a foreign country; ③ The same or similar words and graphics as the flag, emblem, or name of an intergovernmental international organization; ④ Words and graphics that are the same as or similar to the signs and names of "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent", ⑤ the common name and graphics of the product; ⑥ directly represent the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity and Text and graphics with other characteristics; ⑦ Text and graphics with ethnic discrimination; ⑧ Text and graphics that exaggerate and deceive; ⑨ Text and graphics that are harmful to socialist morals or have other adverse effects; ⑩ County Place names of administrative divisions above level 1 or foreign place names known to the public.
