According to the provisions of Article 37 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a registered trademark is used, it may be marked with a "registered trademark" or a registration mark on the goods and their packaging, instructions or other attachments.

You can bid or not bid, and it is not mandatory. But it is not necessarily that what is not marked with a trademark is fake.
