In the past, a large number of world champions such as Zhuang Zedong, Li Furong, Jiang Jialiang and Xie Saike all held pens directly with plastic sponges. Today's world champion Liu Ye uses this rubber. If you feel that your wrist is flexible, but your arms and waist and abdomen are not strong enough, you'd better choose a positive plastic racket that wins by speed.

At present, there is also a kind of medium-particle rubber between short particles and long particles on the international market, which has a strange effect of not spinning attack. This kind of rubber is not afraid of the strong pull or downward rotation of the opponent when attacking. In the past, it didn't spin the ball, and it was erratic, which made the opponent unable to work hard. It is called "magic rubber".

Low adhesion resistance

It is characterized by strong rotation, stable hitting and easy control, and is suitable for loop ball or loop ball combined fast attack. Because of its stable hitting and good control, it is also the first choice for beginners. For professional players, there are many kinds of anti-sticking sponge bats with different properties to choose from, such as strong adhesive and soft and thick matching sponge, which have good characteristics of "biting" and "wrapping" the ball. Inverted rubber sponge rubber is the most commonly used rubber for straight and horizontal strokes. Almost 100% of European players use this rubber, and nearly 80% of Asian players use it. Because this kind of rubber gives better consideration to the requirements of speed and rotation.

At present, most of the top players in the world use anti-stick rubber. ● Raw rubber

Raw rubber is rubber with upward particles and a diameter greater than the height. It is characterized by sinking ball and weak spinning ball. Because raw rubber can reduce rotation, it is especially easy to control the ball. At present, in order to get the change of hitting the ball, a group of horizontal-stroke and double-attack players adopt the collocation method of forehand reverse glue (loop pulling) and backhand raw glue (fast dialing and short swing). Today's world champion Wang Tao, famous players and Geng all use backhand raw rubber, and Korean and Korean female players have a special liking for this collocation method. ● Long glue

This is a kind of slender rubber covered with a thin sponge, which was invented by China in 1960s. Low arc rubber

There is also a kind of anti-adhesive sponge glue called "anti-arc glue", which is non-sticky, smooth and slightly astringent, slow in running, short in arc, and erratic in sinking after landing, making it difficult for opponents to judge according to routines, especially arc balls. In the above table tennis racket sleeve, we should not only pay attention to the selection of rubber properties, but also pay attention to the selection of sponge, that is, the thickness, hardness and softness of sponge. In addition to sponge and rubber, glue used to bond sponge rubber also plays a very important role in today's high-tech era. A special odorless quick-drying rubber can greatly exert its "drug effect" before the game (it is said that it can improve the elasticity of rubber by 20%-30%), just like doping a racket. Now, it is not only required that sponge glue should meet ITTF regulations, for example, the total thickness of the glue should not exceed 4 mm, one side of the glue must be bright red, and the other side must be dark black. To participate in major competitions, you must choose rubber approved by ITTF and glue for sticking rubber. At present, many varieties have been approved in China, and their edges have clearly visible trademark models and ITTF ITIF marks.
