Legal analysis: The owner of the exclusive right to a trademark has the following rights: (1) The right to use it by himself. After the trademark registrant obtains the exclusive right to use the trademark, he obtains the right to use protected by law and can use it in his production and manufacturing. Use registered trademarks in accordance with the law on the goods or services provided, processed, selected or distributed.
Legal basis: Article 4 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" If a natural person, legal person or other organization needs to obtain the exclusive right to trademark for its goods or services in the course of production and business activities, it shall apply to the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. Apply for trademark registration with the Trademark Office. Bad-faith trademark registration applications that are not intended for use shall be rejected.
The provisions of this Law regarding commodity trademarks shall apply to service trademarks.
