Personal trademark renewal process
1. The application materials include: an application for trademark renewal registration and the applicant's qualification certificate (if it is an enterprise, prepare a copy of the business license and affix the official seal; If it is an individual, provide a copy of ID card), trademark power of attorney (if it is entrusted) and a copy of trademark registration certificate, all in duplicate. 2. There are two ways to submit application materials. If you handle the application materials directly, you can go to the trademark registration hall to accept the window interview, or the trademark agency will deliver a set of application materials to the Trademark Office. 3. If the application materials for renewal in the review stage do not meet the requirements, the Trademark Office will mail the written materials to the applicant according to the address on the application form, requesting correction within a time limit; If it cannot be approved, a written notice will be sent to the applicant. 4. After the renewal is approved, the Trademark Office will mail the applicant a renewal registration approval, which clearly indicates the validity period of the renewal trademark. Trademark renewal itself is handled in advance before the trademark expires, but the time ahead is limited. It cannot be said that it is enough for the parties to renew their trademarks two or three years in advance. In fact, it is very easy to start preparing for trademark renewal one year in advance, and the whole trademark renewal review time is about half a year at most.
