Anti-dumping duties

Article 37 Where the final ruling determines that dumping has been established and thus caused damage to domestic industries, anti-dumping duties may be levied. The collection of anti-dumping duties should be in the public interest.

Article 38 The Ministry of Commerce shall make a proposal for levying anti-dumping duties, and the the State Council Customs Tariff Commission shall make a decision based on the proposal of the Ministry of Commerce, which shall make an announcement. The customs shall implement it as of the date of implementation of the announcement.
