Trademark registration is unified throughout the country. At present, there are only two ways.

1. Go directly to the State Trademark Office.

2. Entrust an agency to handle it. Formal and legal agencies must be filed with the State Trademark Office and can be found on the website of the State Trademark Office.

Personal name registration needs to be provided

1. Copy of personal ID card

2. Copy of business license of individual industrial and commercial households

Company name registration needs to be provided

The blank space of company business license is stamped with the official seal of the company.
