It’s a mobility scooter anyway, so I won’t spend too much energy on arranging it, so I’ll make the best use of everything. ?I won’t talk about the advantages, let’s just talk about the disadvantages: the shock absorption is too poor and it is uncomfortable to cross the expansion joints, the sound insulation is too poor, the air conditioner motor is noisy, the power of the car is small, the rearview mirror blocks the line of sight, and the exterior rearview mirror has no electric adjustment or heating. The seat is too high and the center of gravity is unstable when cornering.

If you can’t stand the muddy sound of the original speakers, and you can’t get used to the mono sound, it’s better to spend the least money to modify the Hongguang MiniEV sound. I couldn't dismantle the door myself, and I was afraid of breaking the door buckle, so I went to an audio shop to do the work, which cost 100 yuan.

The original speaker has a small power of 15W and the magnet is light and fluffy.

Taobao’s American audio speakers are cheaper, and the trademark is affixed, so I don’t know whether they are genuine or not. Produced in Jieyang, Guangdong, the price is 68 yuan a pair.

After installing the 4-inch coaxial speaker, the two doors will not be soundproofed, which is a waste of money. Because the sound insulation of the entire vehicle is very poor, tire noise, road noise, air conditioning noise, and forced-generated motor horn noise all flow into the car.

The right door has no speaker and no reserved wire. Maybe the minor facelift will add a reserved wire. After all, the radio equipped is stereo.

To dismantle the instrument panel, first remove the hood. The hood also blocks the air conditioning from the left air conditioner outlet. I hope to get modified parts.

The installer took it apart for a long time, but the cup holder just couldn't be removed.

I told the master to insert the 7th and 17th bit holes to output the right channel. But I didn't solder it directly to the left channel output line as I said. Later I found out that the construction was stopped.

If you don’t want to listen to two-channel non-stereo sound, you can only buy the tail cable and wait for the accessories to open it temporarily. The pure black instrument panel has many storage compartments, which looks better than the original car design.
