The process after purchasing the right to use a trademark:

1. The parties can identify the trademark owner corresponding to their needs in the market and reach negotiations with them on matters such as trademark licensing;

2. Sign a contract;

3. Enter into a written transfer agreement based on the negotiated content, and submit an application to the Trademark Office at the same time; the trademark owner and the user sign a "Trademark Use" Licensing Contract Registration Application";

4. Preparation materials

(1) Trademark registration certificate;

(2) Business licenses and identity documents of both parties to the license ;

(3) Trademark authorization use contract;

(4) Application for filing;

(5) If entrusting another person or institution to act as an agent, you also need to have Proof of entrustment with official seal.

5. Contract filing Within three months after signing the contract, the trademark should be filed with the Trademark Office. Only after passing the review can the user use the trademark.

Legal basis: Article 43 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" A trademark registrant may license others to use its registered trademark by signing a trademark license contract. The licensor shall supervise the quality of the goods used by the licensee using its registered trademark. The licensee shall ensure the quality of the goods using the registered trademark.

If you use someone else's registered trademark with permission, you must indicate the name of the licensee and the place of origin of the goods on the goods using the registered trademark.

When permitting others to use its registered trademark, the licensor shall submit its trademark use license to the Trademark Office for record, and the Trademark Office shall announce it. The trademark use license shall not be used against bona fide third parties without registration.
