33 trademark transfer process
1. The transferor and transferee of the trademark negotiate about the prices of 33 kinds of trademarks and the status quo of the trademarks. After both parties agree to the transfer, they sign a trademark transfer contract/agreement and apply to the Trademark Office for the transfer of registered trademarks. 2. The trademark holder shall go to the local notary office for trademark notarization and obtain a trademark notarization certificate. 3. Submit trademark notarial certificate, trademark transfer application, trademark transfer contract and other materials required for trademark transfer to the Trademark Office, and examine the transfer application. 4. Waiting for the Trademark Office to review and issue an acceptance notice, usually within 15 days. 5. After the examination and approval, the Trademark Office will issue an announcement approving the transfer of the registered trademark certificate, usually within 6-8 months after the application is filed. Six. The announcement period is three months, and if no one raises any objection within three months, the Registration Trademark Transfer Approval Certificate will be formally issued. When you get the original transfer approval certificate, you will go through the whole process of 33 kinds of trademark transfer. Article 56 of the Trademark Law stipulates that the exclusive right to use a registered trademark is limited to the trademark approved for registration and the goods approved for use.
