If the company is a joint stock limited company, it shall convene a board meeting and make a resolution, which shall be signed by the directors of the company.

2. Make the dismissal certificate of the original legal representative and the post certificate of the new legal representative;

With the power of attorney issued by the company, my identity certificate and the above-mentioned documents, as well as the identity certificate of the new legal representative and the signature of the legal representative for the record, the client goes to the administrative department for industry and commerce to handle the change registration.
