Selling imitation cards will be sentenced. It is definitely illegal to sell counterfeit brand-name products. If the circumstances of selling counterfeit brand-name products are serious, it will also constitute a criminal offence. According to the law, selling goods that are known to be counterfeit registered trademarks, and the sales amount reaches 50,000 yuan, constitutes the crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks, and is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, with a fine or a single fine; If the sales amount is huge, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined.

The criminal law has the following sentencing standards for the crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks:

1. If a natural person commits this crime, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, and shall also or only be fined; If the sales amount is huge, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and fined;

2. If a unit commits this crime, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished in accordance with the above provisions.

If criminals who counterfeit registered trademarks are given an ultimatum in advance and then sell goods with counterfeit registered trademarks on their behalf, they should also be punished for the crime of counterfeiting registered trademarks. And it constitutes the crime of counterfeiting registered trademarks.
