You need to choose a good trademark name first, including graphics + Chinese + English (or pinyin). You can have all three, or only keep part of it.

Then conduct a preliminary search (Category 29) online. If the search results are similar, the trademark will be modified and designed again. Then go to your local trademark agency and ask them to help you search and give you a professional suggestion (pay attention to its qualifications), and then submit it to the National Trademark Office for application.
