Objectively speaking, the four restaurants all serve authentic Huangli beef, and the taste is similar. Let me tell you what I know. Feng's Beef was the first to become famous. Jiang Hanping and Hongxing later followed suit and registered trademarks, and became somewhat famous. Man-Han Beef has been around for a long time, but it has never had a registered trademark and is not as famous as the first three. In addition to selling beef, Feng and Jiang Hanping also sell some other stewed vegetables. Manhan also runs a restaurant business. Anyway, it mainly sells things from cattle, such as beef offal soup and so on. As for Red Star, I don’t know much about it. In terms of taste, I think Feng's beef and Manhan beef are slightly better. I have eaten all four kinds of beef. The taste of Hongxing and Jiang Hanping beef is not very good. Feng's and Manhan are better in this regard. When most people talk about Huangli beef, they think that Feng's beef is the most authentic. This is a misunderstanding. In fact, it is due to everyone's psychological effect. They all think that Feng's beef is more delicious, but in fact it is not. For example, during the Chinese New Year, Everyone flocks to Huangli Town to buy Huangli beef. When they see the most people in front of Feng’s, they think this must be the best. This is a normal psychological effect, but if you think about it carefully, the increase in quantity will affect the quality. Good or bad, if it were me, I might as well pick a place with fewer people to buy.
