The law only stipulates what not to do, but there is no clear punishment, which has little impact on the "brand-name" and other behaviors. Based on the above two points, in the future revision of the Trademark Law, the trademark application process will be simplified, and the efficiency of trademark application approval will be improved, so that enterprises can obtain the trademarks they need as soon as possible. It is also very important for colleagues to intensify the crackdown on counterfeit and shoddy trademarks, increase the cost of trademark infringement, and make trademark speculators afraid to commit crimes again after being punished once.
