The trademark application fee consists of two parts: government fee and agency fee.

The government fee is for each piece of 1 yuan (1 yuan is limited to 1 items, and 1 yuan will be added for each item exceeding 1 item). The agency fee is negotiated between you and the trademark agency, which is generally below 1 yuan.

If you apply yourself, you don't need agency fee, but you need to go to Beijing yourself, mainly for travel expenses.
