After the Trademark Office approves the application for change, it shall issue the corresponding certificate of change to the trademark registrant. The applicant must be the owner of the trademark application, the natural person, legal person and other organization in this province. The trademark has been used continuously for three years since the date of approval and registration, and it continues to be valid, and there is no dispute over ownership.
