Wuliangye is not only the leading brand of Luzhou-flavor liquor, but also the biggest representative of Sichuan liquor. The brand name of Wuliangye comes from the five-grain brewing formula of brewing liquor with red sorghum, glutinous rice, wheat, rice and corn as raw materials, and the unique brewing process of "1366 (one pole, three excellent and six excellent)". Wuliangye has the oldest cellar group that has been fermented for more than 650 years, making the brewed liquor of high quality.

Luzhou is rich in glutinous rice and sorghum, and rich in raw materials for brewing. LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD has an "old cellar pool" for more than 440 years, and the quality of Luzhou-flavor liquor brewed by Daqu has a liquor style of "mellow, sweet and long aftertaste".

It can be said that LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD is also a big liquor brand that makes many drinkers step on the pit. Jian Nanchun's brand culture has a long history. It used to be "Tang Dynasty Palace Wine", bearing a strong dynasty wine culture. Jiannanchun Distillery has the largest scale, the most complete variety and the longest brewing time in China.

The superior brewing environment, coupled with the unique and diverse fermentation microorganisms in the national pits, finally produced Jiannanchun liquor with clear liquor quality, strong aroma of agarwood and bitter liquor body.

It is actually expected that Jian Nanchun can continue to rank among the "Golden Flowers of Xinchuan Liquor", because Jian Nanchun is "stable" in terms of liquor quality, price positioning and product line.

Compared with Wuliangye and LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD, Jian Nanchun's product line is particularly single. The low-end Jin Jiannan K6, the mid-end crystal sword with Luzhou-flavor liquor as the benchmark, the sub-high-end sword, and the high-end Dongfanghong are all online in terms of quality and reputation.

Compared with other Luzhou-flavor wines, the price positioning of these products has a very low premium, and the quality of the wine has not declined because of the price increase, and the whole is "stable".

Jian Nanchun is very weak in the treatment of high-end Luzhou-flavor products. Only Dongfanghong can play, and many upward Jiannanchun wines are expensive and of average quality. Therefore, many drinkers think that the single product worthy of hoarding by Jian Nanchun is mainly the product of Dongfanghong downward.

Fang Shuijing used to be a high-end liquor brand that Quanxing Daqu invested a lot of resources to build. A brewery was built on the site of a 600-year-old brewery. This winery site not only has the ancient pits for brewing wine 600 years ago, but also the production tools at that time, which has brought far-reaching historical value to China archaeology. Known as the "No.1 Winery in China", it can be said to be a "living inheritance".

Unfortunately, Fang Shuijing was acquired by foreign capital after it became a brand independently from Quanxing Daqu, and the development momentum of Quanxing Daqu was naturally greatly reduced.

Although the quality of liquor produced by Quanxing Daqu is good, it has been tepid and the product can't support the high unit price. It is still active in low-priced wines. Compared with other "Chuanjiu Jinhua", Quanxing Daqu is going downhill.

However, Fang Shuijing still maintains a high-end posture and stable wine quality, and develops steadily.

As the representative products of Fang Shuijing, I think Zhenniang No.8, Jingtai, Cui Jing and Collection Master are the most worthy of tasting and collection. Among these four products, Jingtai and collectors have many "bottles of wine" derived from them, and the premium is not much, so the display and gift giving are very beautiful.

However, the small well with the lowest price (the regular price is 200 yuan) is not recommended for everyone to collect. Except that the packaging and bottle design have always maintained Fang Shuijing's "high-value style", the drinking experience of both aroma and body can only be considered as average compared with Luzhou-flavor liquor at the same price.

Langjiu, produced in Erlang Town, Chishui River, is the only liquor enterprise in the "Six Golden Flowers of Sichuan Liquor" that mainly brews Maotai-flavor liquor, supplemented by Luzhou-flavor liquor and concurrently-flavor liquor, and forms a product line.

Erlang Town, which produces Langjiu, is located in the core brewing area along the Chishui River and is known as the "wine river". This river not only gave birth to many brands of minority wines in Maotai Town, but also gave birth to the "two major Maotai-flavor wine brands" of Kweichow Moutai and Langjiu. Brand strength can be ranked in the top three of Maotai-flavor liquor.

Maotai-flavor liquor of Langjiu adopts Maotai brewing technology, and the original liquor needs to be aged and stored in the world's largest natural wine cave for more than 5 years, and the production capacity of high-quality Maotai-flavor liquor can reach 30,000 tons.

There are not many main product lines of Maotai-flavor Langjiu, including the low-end Pulang series, the mid-end safflower lang 10 and sub-high-end Langfeiteng, the high-end Blue and White Langs, the ultra-high-end Hongyunlang and Qingyun Langs. The product line completely covers all price ranges.

However, because it is located in Sichuan, the style and quality of the brewed Maotai-flavor wine are different from those of Guimao Maotai-flavor wine. Maotai-flavor wine is rich in quality, Sichuan flavor and slightly sour and mellow. Langjiu is particularly unique among Maotai-flavor wines.
