10. 1 The intellectual property rights owned and used by Party A, including the drawings, text marks, designs and other marks of "New China", belong to Party A. Without the written consent of Party A, Party B cannot register directly or indirectly, in whole or in part. Party B shall not use or violently infringe Party A's intellectual property rights in an improper way, otherwise, Party B shall be responsible.

Legal reliability and economic loss.
