(1) original and duplicate of business license (newly established enterprises only need to provide the original);

(2) the original organization code certificate;

(3) the original tax registration certificate;

(4) basic account number (if the basic account of the enterprise was opened before the cancellation, the basic account account opening permit is required when opening a general account);

(5) the identity card of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit;

the above materials shall be provided with one original and one copy on A4 paper, and the reserved signature of the unit shall be provided.

(6) If it is handled by a non-legal representative himself, the ID card of the agent and the power of attorney of the legal representative shall be provided, and the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative shall be affixed.

(VII) Certificate of account opening

The certificate of account opening depends on the reason of account opening: the depositor shall issue a loan contract if he needs to borrow from the bank; Depositors shall issue relevant certificates for other settlement needs.
