3. Call the postal consumer complaint hotline 12345? (The original hotline 12305 has been merged into 12345) for help. The online time of manual customer service is from 8: 30am to 7: 30am130pm from Monday to Friday (from10: 00am to19: 00am in Xinjiang and from 9: 00am to18: 30am in Tibet). )
4. Give feedback on the complaint website of the State Post Bureau. Open the mobile browser to search for "Complaint Website of State Post Bureau", click to enter the home page, enter the account number to log in, and then fill in personal information and specific demands according to the page prompts.
5. Report the complaint through the official WeChat account. Open WeChat, find the official account of postal consumers complaining about WeChat, and click Follow.
