If the Mentou trademark name is infringed, then the amount of compensation must be compensated for the losses suffered by the infringed party due to the infringement. If someone uses another person's registered business name without authorization or infringes on the exclusive rights of another person's business name, the person who has been infringed may request the infringement authority to handle the matter from the registration authority where the infringer is located.

The registration authority has the power to order the infringer to stop the infringement, compensate the infringer for the losses suffered due to the infringement, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan.
