At present, the industrial and commercial department of our district has not yet carried out this work, and it will be implemented after the municipal industrial and commercial department promulgates relevant policies. However, the agricultural department of our district has carried out the evaluation work of model family farms. The specific regulations will be introduced to you:

1. The basic conditions that a model family farm should have: According to the "Wanzhou District Demonstration Family Farm Assessment Methods (Trial Implementation)" )" regulations, to apply for Wanzhou District Demonstration Family Farm, the following conditions must be met: 1. Professionally engage in agricultural production and operation as a family unit, own the sites, facilities and agricultural machinery and tools for farm production and operation, and the scale of operation reaches certain standards and is relatively stable . 2. With family members as the main labor force, there are no year-round employees or the number of year-round employees does not exceed the number of people in the family who work in agriculture all year round. 3. Mainly agricultural income, that is, the net income from agriculture (planting, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, leisure and tourism) accounts for more than 80% of the total income of family farms. 4. Business activities have relatively complete financial revenue and expenditure records. 5. Serve as a demonstration and driving force for other farmers to carry out agricultural production. 6. The operator has corresponding production and operation capabilities and certain agricultural production experience, has received agricultural skills training, masters necessary agricultural technology, and can skillfully use agricultural machinery and tools. 7. Family farm operators should have rural household registration. Those who have already registered agricultural companies are no longer required to declare family farms, and qualified members of farmers’ cooperatives can declare family farms.

2. The scale that a demonstration family farm should have: To apply for a demonstration family farm in Wanzhou District, it must reach the following scale: (1) Planting industry. The land transfer period is more than 5 years and is concentrated and contiguous, based on the signed "Rural Land Contract Management Rights Transfer Contract". 1. Food crops. The planting area is more than 100 acres. 2. Vegetables. The year-round vegetable base covers an area of ??more than 50 acres. 3. Citrus. The standardized planting area is more than 100 acres. 4. Other crops. Standardize planting of more than 50 acres of famous, high-quality and special fruits, more than 30 acres of tea and flowers, and more than 100 acres of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. (2) Breeding industry. The farm is located in a suitable breeding area, has harmless treatment facilities (biogas pools, etc.) and consumption capacity, has established complete production and epidemic prevention files, and has been operating for more than 3 years. Scale determination is based on the enclosure area and quarantine certificate. 1. Live pigs: There should be more than 50 breeding pigs on hand, and more than 500 commercial pigs should be slaughtered every year; the pen area should be more than 400 square meters. 2. Cattle: more than 50 beef cattle are slaughtered each year, and more than 20 dairy cows are kept; the pen area is more than 250 square meters. 3. Sheep: More than 300 sheep are slaughtered annually; the pen area is more than 300 square meters. 4. Rabbits: There are more than 300 breeding rabbits in stock or more than 10,000 commercial rabbits are sold in the year; the enclosure is more than 150 square meters. 5. Chickens: There are more than 10,000 breeder chickens or laying hens in stock, and more than 10,000 commercial chickens are produced annually for broiler chickens; the area of ??laying hens and broiler breeder chicken houses is more than 500 square meters, and the area of ??commercial broiler chickens is more than 300 square meters. 6. Ducks: There are more than 5,000 breeding ducks in stock for laying ducks, and more than 10,000 commercial ducks are produced annually for meat ducks; the area of ??breeding ducks or laying ducks is more than 1,000 square meters, and the housing area of ??commercial meat ducks is more than 500 square meters. 7. Geese: There are more than 1,000 breeding geese on hand or more than 2,000 commercial geese are produced annually. The area of ??the pen for breeding geese or laying geese is more than 300 square meters, and the pen for commercial meat geese is more than 500 square meters. 8. Pigeons: more than 2,000 pairs in stock; pen area 400 square meters. (3) Fisheries. For those engaged in fishery production, the land transfer period is more than 10 years, the pond culture is more than 50 acres, and the flowing water culture is more than 20 acres. (4) Others. Those engaged in other planting, breeding, or a combination of planting and breeding shall refer to the scale standards of planting or breeding.

3. Procedures for applying for demonstration family farms: 1. The farmer fills out the "Application Form for Wanzhou District Demonstration Family Farm" and submits relevant certification materials. 2. The village committee will conduct a preliminary review based on the access conditions and scale standards that demonstration family farms should have, and announce those that meet the conditions in the village affairs disclosure column. After announcing that there is no objection, the opinions will be signed and reported to the township (town) people's government and sub-district office. 3. The township (town) people's government and sub-district office will conduct on-site review of the reported situation of the model family farms. If the conditions are met, they will sign their opinions and report to the district agricultural committee.

4. The District Agricultural Committee will review the reported model family farms, and those that meet the conditions will be assessed as model family farms. 4. Materials to be submitted when applying for a demonstration family farm: 1. "Application Form for Wanzhou District Demonstration Family Farm". 2. Certification materials related to land transfer. The breeding industry needs to provide a quarantine certificate from the township (street) agricultural service center. 3. Identity certificate of family farm employees (copy of household registration book). 4. Relevant financial information. 5. Full picture of the family farm. 6. Submit relevant copies of product registered trademarks, product and base certifications. 7. Other supporting materials.
