The general secretary's inspection is a deep concern and incomparable care for the broad masses of cadres and masses, which greatly inspired the 72,000 people in the town and inspired and mobilized the enthusiasm for accelerating development. Over the past year, we have conscientiously implemented the spirit of General Secretary Hu's instruction to inspect our town and fully implemented the central policy of benefiting farmers: in 2007, the direct grain subsidy was 4 1.24 yuan/mu, with a total subsidy fund of 5,393,849.30 yuan, and in 2008, the direct grain subsidy reached 74.3 yuan/mu, with a subsidy fund of 97,444.6438+06 yuan; This policy of benefiting farmers alone exceeded the average of 64.54 yuan per mu approved by the tax and fee reform in 2002, totaling 8.4 million yuan. As the main carrier of rural economic work led by rural grass-roots party organizations and the "double-plus" model, on the basis of Qinghe Agricultural Products Sales Association, which was first established in 2002, our town took the lead in establishing "Nanyang Wancheng Golden Land Farmers' Professional Cooperative" from June 2007 to February 2007. In Dayegang Village inspected by General Secretary Hu, 24 farmers volunteered to join the cooperative, with a total of more than 200 mu of shares. According to the requirements of large-scale planting, improved varieties, standardized production, industrial management and maximum benefit, the development of excellent varieties such as green beans, sweet corn, green beans and shepherd's purse and the "three crops a year" model were determined. And registered the trademark of "Dayegang Brand" in the District Administration for Industry and Commerce. The establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives has greatly promoted the enthusiasm and vitality of local farmers in developing efficient agriculture. This spring, the cooperative has purchased 120 tons of shepherd's purse and processed 40 tons of shepherd's purse jiaozi. In early May, it will start purchasing green beans. Driven by cooperatives, pepper professional cooperatives and agricultural machinery cooperatives have been put into operation and will be listed soon.
