1. Full name of the enterprise: It must match the business license, and the enterprise must be a legally registered industrial and commercial registration enterprise in China. ;

2. Organization code: can match the organization code certificate, example: 12345678-9

3. Industrial and commercial license registration number;

4. Legal representative/name of person in charge of the company: If it belongs to a branch, fill in the person in charge specified on the business license, otherwise it will always be the legal representative.

5. Affiliated enterprises: For branches, the affiliated enterprises must be provided. For non-branch companies, fill in the full name of the applying enterprise;

6. Registered capital (registered capital): cannot be If blank, fill in "none" for branches;

7. Enterprise registered address;

8. Office phone number: including area code, phone number, and extension number, separated by "-";

9. Business scope: general business scope;

10. Business scope (pre-licensed business scope): If not available, fill in none;

11. Enterprise account opening Name: It needs to be consistent with the name of the organization on the organization code certificate (both basic account and general account are acceptable)

Basic company information (upload files)

1. Organization code certificate:

2. Enterprise industrial and commercial business license

1) Please upload a clear color scan or digital photo of the original business license;

2) It is within the validity period and has the annual inspection seal Complete (those established in the same year may not have annual inspection seal);

3) Issued by the Industrial and Commercial Administration or Market Supervision Administration of Mainland China.

3. Application letter:

For general enterprises, please download the official letter for general enterprises to apply for certification on the application page. For artists, please download the official letter for artists to apply for certification. For individual industrial and commercial households, please upload the official letter for certification to be stamped with the company. Original photo or scanned copy of the legal person's document.

4. Trademark registration certificate or trademark registration acceptance notice:

1) Optional. If a trademark is involved, it needs to be uploaded.

2) The trademark authorization letter must be a certification letter from the trademark registrant directly granting the certification subject the right to use the trademark. Must include but not limited to: trademark registrant (if it is owned by an individual, photos or scans of the front and back of the trademark registrant’s ID card must be attached), trademark registration number/application number, grantor (must be consistent with the subject of this certification ), the official seal or personal signature of the trademark registrant, and the period of use.
