2. The review department is the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, not the trademark review department during the review period;
3. Re-examination is an administrative relief measure to fight for one's rights, rather than a dead end if rejected;
4. Re-examination is a voluntary act of the parties, who can advocate re-examination or give up re-examination; Advocating review, you may get a preliminary announcement; Give up the review, and never get the chance to get the preliminary examination announcement;
5. Written materials that meet the requirements, the original Trademark Rejection Notice and other documents must be submitted for reexamination. At present, oral, electronic documents, recorded materials and other forms are not supported;
6. The subject qualification for review must be limited to the applicant for registration;
7. The reexamination must have specific reexamination requests and factual basis;
8. The reexamination fee must be paid according to law;
9. If the applicant for registration is unable to file a review, it may entrust an agency;
