In order to fully implement the' 8337' development idea of the Party committee and government of the autonomous region, the Administration for Industry and Commerce of the autonomous region made an in-depth investigation on some well-known trademark enterprises and leading enterprises, focusing on trademark protection and guidance, according to the specific requirements of the Opinions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Supporting Sound and Rapid Economic and Social Development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Seriously summed up the experience of relying on the trademark brand strategy in recent years to enhance the vitality of non-public market entities and promote the healthy and rapid development of county economy, found out the existing problems, studied and put forward measures to solve the problems, and provided scientific decision-making and guidance for promoting the implementation of trademark brand strategy in our region and promoting the healthy and rapid development of county economy in the future. At present, there are six main problems in the implementation of trademark brand strategy in our region. First, the total number of registered trademarks in our district is small, the number is low, the development is uneven, and the promotion and contribution rate to the county economy is limited. Second, the number of famous brands in our region is small, the structure is single, and the support for pillar industries is not enough. Thirdly, the cognitive limitation of enterprises using trademark strategy to promote themselves to become bigger and stronger restricts the pace of industrial optimization and upgrading in our region. Fourth, the development of geographical indications and agricultural products trademarks lags behind, and the contribution rate to the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry industrialization is low. Fifth, some local governments have not paid enough attention to it, and the external environment for trademark development and brand cultivation needs to be improved urgently. Sixth, in the implementation of trademark brand strategy, the administrative guidance service and supervision and law enforcement of industrial and commercial departments need to be further strengthened. In view of the above problems, starting from the reality faced by our region, we should carry out work in the following four aspects, promote the implementation of trademark brand strategy in our region as soon as possible, and comprehensively improve the ability of trademark registration, application, management and protection of the main market players in our region. First, fully understand the great significance of implementing the trademark brand strategy, and constantly improve the enthusiasm and consciousness of implementing the trademark brand strategy. What does the development of county economy depend on? Relying on' industrial agglomeration, leading enterprises, subject support and brand guidance'. The premise of all this is the cultivation, development and construction of brands. Without the guidance of this brand, industries can't gather, leading enterprises can't be formed, and the main support can't be achieved. Governments at all levels, functional departments and business leaders must clearly realize that it is impossible to establish a corporate culture made in China (produced in Inner Mongolia), let alone create a great brand. Being in the manufacturing stage for a long time will cause huge resource consumption and environmental pollution, while simply pursuing the expansion of production scale and economic scale will pose a great threat to the sustainable development of the economy. Implementing brand strategy, developing brand economy and improving brand management level are the right choices to reverse this passive situation. Therefore, grasping the trademark brand strategy is the only way to implement the "8337" development idea and promote the development of county economy. We must build a long-term working mechanism of trademark brand strategy with the enthusiasm and consciousness of implementing trademark brand strategy, which is led by the government, the main body of industry and commerce, the main body of enterprises and the participation of society. By conducting trademark surveys, we will guide enterprises to apply for trademark registration, vigorously cultivate trademarks of regional pillar industries, advantageous industries and leading enterprises in county economy, and establish databases of well-known and well-known trademark enterprises and registered trademarks respectively to form an echelon of trademark brand development with clear levels and reasonable structure. 2.
