Motor belt installation

Before installation, if the center distance between the two shafts is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened first, and then the center distance should be adjusted as required after installing the adhesive tape; If the center distance between the two shafts is not adjustable, first insert a V-belt into the wheel groove, and then rotate the other pulley to install the V-belt. In the same way, a group of V-belts can be installed.

During installation, it is forbidden to pry or drag the V-belt with tools to prevent the V-belt from stretching or being too loose or too tight. The correct inspection method is: apply a vertical pressure of about 2kg in the middle of each tape by hand, and the appropriate subsidence is (20-30) mm, and adjust it in time if it is inappropriate.

When two or more V-belts need to be replaced, V-belts of specified models should be selected, and the tightness of each V-belt group should be consistent. It is forbidden to mix old and new or reduce the number of V-belts. Otherwise, the old and new V-belts will be unevenly stressed, and even the old V-belt will not work, which will affect the power transmission and shorten the service life of the V-belt.
