If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost or damaged, you must apply for a replacement. A trademark registrant shall submit a new Trademark Registration Certificate and five trademark designs to the Trademark Office. If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, a statement of loss shall be published in the trademark announcement. The damaged Trademark Registration Certificate shall be returned to the Trademark Office.

Whoever forges or alters a trademark registration certificate shall be fined less than 20,000 yuan by the local administrative department for industry and commerce according to the circumstances, and the forged or altered trademark registration certificate shall be confiscated.
