According to convention, no matter how long the transfer process with the Trademark Office takes, you should receive the above materials, including the original trademark certificate, within one week of paying the final payment.
Documents required for trademark transfer: 1. Trademark agency power of attorney signed or stamped by the trademark transferee; 2. Trademark transfer application signed or stamped by the trademark transferor and transferee; 3. Copy of the trademark transferee’s ID card (natural person) and individual industrial and commercial household registration certificate; 4. Copy of the trademark transferor’s/ID card (natural person); 5. Copy of the trademark registration certificate/acceptance notice; 6. Transferor A copy of the trademark transfer agreement signed or stamped by the transferee.
