After learning about the relevant situation, Mr. Wang Tianren readily expressed his willingness to transfer the copyright of Quanbiao. According to the copyright transfer agreement reached between Wang Tianren and the transferee Jinan Quanbiao Culture Communication Company, all copyright property rights such as reproduction rights and distribution rights will be transferred to Jinan in one go. According to the analysis of relevant people, this means that the copyright of Quanbiao has returned to Jinan to the maximum extent, and the assignee has the right to apply for trademark registration of the Quanbiao pattern, use it himself or authorize others to use it for various commercial and public welfare purposes.
