Wanxi Hengda Pellet Feed Factory is a project of the National Science and Technology Commission’s “Spark Plan” and is a modern large-scale feed processing enterprise using national agricultural development funds. It is one of the leading enterprises of Anhui Hengda Group Company. It can produce 120,000 tons of various series of pellet feeds and 20,000 tons of concentrated feed for livestock, poultry and fish with high quality and high conversion rate annually. The production scale ranks second among state-owned feed processing enterprises. The quality management adopts the ISO9000 international quality assurance system and is developed The Hengda brand feed produced has won the honorary titles of Quality Certification Product of the First China Feed Industry Expo, Anhui Province Famous Brand Product, and Anhui Province Famous Trademark. The factory has development strategic research institutions such as the Feed Research Institute, the Animal Husbandry Engineering Research Institute, the Project Development Department, and the Technical Information Department, as well as a laboratory center with modern testing methods.

Anhui Hengda Science and Technology Feed Factory is the core of high-tech among Hengda Group’s agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises. The factory has a world-leading premix production workshop in the 1990s, equipped with a low-temperature drying warehouse, a high-precision automatic batching system, a mixing system consisting of a drum premixer and a planetary stainless steel mixer. The ingredients are mixed accurately (mixing coefficient of variation 5). The raw materials are purchased directly from well-known domestic manufacturers. The animal nutrition formula is designed using unique carriers and four-stage premixing technology to draw on the best of others. It can produce 10,000 tons of special animal premixes for livestock, poultry and fish in different concentrations of 1-10 per year. The factory has a formula research room and a test demonstration field, which closely combines theory and practice, and has passed ISO9000 quality system certification and implementation to ensure product quality.
