First, open a card online

Please log on to the credit card website of China Merchants Bank/select "Open Card and Set Password" to open the credit card.

Second, the phone card is opened.

Please dial the 24-hour service hotline to enter your card number or ID number, verify your identity and set the telephone banking password, press 1 to enter the "cardholder service" function, press 3 to enter the "card opening and password setting" service, and then open the card according to the voice prompt.
