Complaints to the Everbright Bank credit card manual desk (staff):
① Call the Everbright Bank service hotline to make a complaint and provide the employee number of the staff member who needs to complain;
② Call the consumer service hotline to make a complaint;
③ Make a complaint to the local branch or office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
Note: Complaints generally give priority to option 1, followed by options 2 and 3.
