After the credit card is overdue, it can be stopped in stages:
First, avoid bank prosecution;
Second, stop bank collection;
Third, stop the high penalty interest and liquidated damages after overdue;
Fourth, it can be divided into 60 installments in five years at most, and the monthly repayment is as low as several hundred yuan, which greatly relieves the debtor's repayment pressure;
Fifth, there is an opportunity to reduce the penalty interest and liquidated damages that have already occurred;
While you are still thinking about some unrealistic ideas to delay the bill, others have chosen debt restructuring and negotiated with the bank to repay by installments. While you are still struggling, the person you chose has paid several installments according to the negotiated plan, and the debt is gradually decreasing. And you have added a few interest and liquidated damages, and you are also faced with harassment and intimidation of daily collection, and at the same time you have increased the risk of bank prosecution. Negotiation as soon as possible! Don't wait to be sued before trying to solve it. At this time, you are completely passive!
