Non-U.S. dollar foreign currency transactions will be converted into U.S. dollars by international credit card organizations first (during the above process, international organizations such as VISA and MasterCard will charge a 1.5% foreign exchange conversion fee). Our bank will convert the converted US dollar amount into RMB based on the exchange rate on the day of accounting (China Merchants Bank’s US dollar selling price announced after 10:00 that day), and record it in the RMB bill.
