Please call the 24-hour customer service hotline to apply for account cancellation, and Bank of China will check the status of the credit card under your name;
Account cancellation cannot be completed immediately. After 45 days of applying for account cancellation, if your account has no arrears and no balance, the bank will cancel the account for you. If there is still debt, the bank will take the initiative to inform you to repay as soon as possible to complete the account cancellation; If there is any balance, you can go to the branch of China Bank to return the balance.
It should be noted that when the main credit card of China Bank is cancelled, all the subsidiary cards under its name will be cancelled. Supplementary cardholders cannot apply for account cancellation, only the main cardholder can apply for account cancellation.
