The transaction password refers to the password you set in the telephone banking after the new card is activated, which is used for POS consumption (optional) or ATM cash withdrawal and inquiry (required). You can modify it through the ATM of Bank of Communications or call the 24-hour customer service hotline.
Change of transaction password confirmation function: China UnionPay merchants need to open the function of using password to confirm transactions when swiping cards. Please log in to credit card online banking or mobile banking, or call the customer service hotline on the back of the credit card for voice opening. To turn off this function, please call the customer service hotline on the back of the credit card and cancel it by yourself in the telephone voice.
Transaction password modification: please log in to online banking (SMS password version or certificate version) or mobile banking to modify it, or call the customer service hotline on the back of the credit card for telephone voice self-modification; Or modify it on any self-service machine of Bank of Communications.
